chrome://cache can’t be reached

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome
2. Go to the chrome page 'chrome://cache'

What is the expected behavior?
On previous versions there was a page with all cached pages

What went wrong?
The page can’t be reached

Did this work before? Yes 65.0.3325.181

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
