Enable javascript

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I try to go into the web from Gmail by clicking a link and it shows me my JavaScript is not enable on my web browser
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
It just shows that another page will open and it never opens at all

What went wrong?
Im not sure I don't understand nothing of enabling and disabling anything 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.126  Channel: stable
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

Please help me use my web browser which is chrome the way I lways did before thank u

What is the link you are trying to open? If GMail works I would assume JavaScript is enabled.
