Chrome freezes when multiple tabs containing youtube videos are open

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Take an old machine with limited memory.  Like a raspberry pi ...
2. Open a bunch of youtube videos.  Pause them midway, and just let them sit.  I believe Chrome / youtube still buffers some content in the background.
3. Wait a while ... for example watch another youtube.

After a while the whole machine will become sluggish.  For example if you hit the windows key it will take 30 seconds for the action to kick in.

What is the expected behavior?
Don't let chrome eat up all the machines memory ...

What went wrong?
Chrome consumes too much memory

Thanks for filing the issue! Tested in chrome # 65.0.3325.181, Stable #66.0.3359.139 on Linux Debian Rodete and 16.04 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference.

@ole:Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations and please provide the crash id from chrome://crashes of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
