I had the setting turned on where the top row of keys is treated as the function keys, and supposedly the holding down the search should have rectified the volume and other keys and their behavior.Version: 66.0.3359.137
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Go to settings in the system tray.
2. Try checking the button that allows you to treat top row keys as function keys.
3. Try turning up and down the volume while holding down the search button. It does not work.
