I can not change order of columns columns in task manager

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try to cnange column order in task manager
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Being able to change column order

What went wrong?

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 29.0.0.140

1. right-click the column header and uncheck the column you want to reorder;
2. repeat #1

3. right-click the column header and check a column in the order you want;
4. repeat #3

AFAIK it's the only way and there was never any other method.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #66.0.3359.139 and latest canary #68.0.3414.0.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Opened the chrome task manager from 3 dot menu->more tools.
2. right-clicked the column header and unchecked a column to reorder.
3. repeated #1

4. right-clicked the column header and checked a column in the desired order.
5. repeated #3
6. Observed that the column order changed in task manager as expected.

frolovkirill7@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #68.0.3414.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Also please check the attached screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from out end.

I am pretty sure what the reporter wanted is an easy way to reorder not unlike Windows Explorer.

Also the re-ordered order done via the demonstrated method does not stay once task manager is closed.
Next time you open task manager it is the whole hassle over again.
