Lost ability since new update to take screenshots from keyboard.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Cleared cache
2. turned off system/ reboot
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
to click on prt scr/ sys rq button to take screen shot on Asus Chromebox.

What went wrong?
Nothing happens...was literally working right up to update 30 minutes ago. 

Did this work before? Yes 65.0.3325.209 (Platform version: 10323.67/68) 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.137  Channel: stable

Seems to allow me to use control f5 to do so..which I did not know I could do...still a slight downgrade from before but not the end of the world.
