Add skylab_inventory to autotest-server-deps-0.0.1.ebuild

Now skylab_inventory is only used by cli/atest, adding skylab_inventory to external_packages works for local cli/atest commands.

To allow "import skylab_inventory" in autotest unittests in builders, we need to add skylab_inventory to autotest-server-deps ebuilds.
