Support for robot account per Demo session

* Fetch a new robot account from DMServer at the beginning of every session
* Fetch credentials for a new robot account from GAIA
* Cache robot credentials at the end of the session to prevent them from re-using
* Handle device temporarily offline and fetching robot request error
