Event listeners remove button out of reach

Reported by martin.n...@gmail.com, Apr 27 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Attach an event listener to an element with an outrageously long class list.
2. Go to developer tools, select that element, go to event listeners tab.
3. Remove event listener button is now unreachable because it resides on the same row as element description and there is no word wrap.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The element's description makes the remove button impossible to reach.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

martin.ninov@ Could you please help us with sample html case for further triage
You mean like this:
<div class="A really outrageously long class list that hides the remove listener button from the event listeners tab Its like youre trying to fit an entire essay in here You might actually need even more words depending on resolution Like maybe write a short novel just to be safe"></div>

Also, no, this absolutely doesn't need feedback from me. Get on with it.
