What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Recover device with R67-10575.18.0
(2) Connect external display
(3) Toggle to mirror mode and Take a screenshot at same time via keyboard shortcuts 

What is the expected result?
External display should switch to Mirror mode and a screenshot should be taken.

What happens instead?
Chrome Browser crashes

This is occurring on all boards I've tested: Eve, Caroline, Cave
