Issue description
Chrome Version : Version 64.0.3282.190 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result? Not able to update system to current Stable OS 65...for Chrome
What happens instead?
