Chrome Version: M66 Stable
OS: Windows, Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Log into Chrome
(2) Install an extension
(3) In the toolbar (to the right of menu), right-click the extension and select "Hide in Chrome Menu"
(4) Sign into Chrome on new computer, the setting does not sync

What is the expected result?
The "hide in Chrome menu" preference should sync across Chrome installs.

What happens instead?
The preference is not synced.

Note: I'm unable to determine if this used to work and stopped working. If this has never worked, please feel free to reclassify as a feature request :)
