Chromium won't launch on Ubuntu 18.04 if you uncheck 'Use System Title Bars and Borders'

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chromium. 2. Right click on title bar. Uncheck 'Use System Title Bars and Borders'. 3. Quit. 4. Try to relaunch the app. It will not launch. What is the expected behavior? It should launch. What went wrong?
