Chromium won't launch on Ubuntu 18.04 if you uncheck 'Use System Title Bars and Borders'

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Chromium. 
2. Right click on title bar. Uncheck 'Use System Title Bars and Borders'.
3. Quit.
4. Try to relaunch the app. It will not launch.

What is the expected behavior?
It should launch. 

What went wrong?
Looking in the logs app, I see these entries:
 8:29:20 AM chromium-browse: amdgpu_device_initialize: Cannot parse ASIC IDs, 0xffffffea.[31032:31032:0427/082920.014487:ERROR:sandbox_linux.cc(375)] InitializeSandbox() called with multiple threads in process gpu-process.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181  Channel: stable
OS Version: 18.04
Flash Version: 17.2.8

If there are other logs I can provide that can help troubleshoot this, let me know.

Have you tried installing the canberra module to get rid of that warning?

ie:
sudo apt-get install libcanberra-gtk3-module
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
