Non-Regression : Google Search box is not seen in docked region when clicked on 'Search Google or type URL'

Chrome Version: 68.0.3405.0/10622.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy and Reks 
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User ->Open New TAb -> Now at Uber Tray  select 'Accessibility' -> enable 'Docked magnifier' 
(2)Now click on 'Search Google or type URL'  -> observe search box is not seen in docked region instead omnibox of browser is seen
(Please refer Video)

Expected: Google Search box should be seen in docked region when clicked on 'Search Google or type URL'
Actual: Instead omnibox of browser is seen

This is Non-Regression Issue as 'Docked Magnifier' is seen from M-66

That's normal because the focus actually goes to the omnibox. Once you start typing, characters go to the omnibox. I think this is a WontFix. +lpalmaro in case she disagrees.
