Non-Regression: Tab focus is not seen in of Google play Apps and services screen of Playstore

Chrome Version:68.0.3405.0/10622.0.0 dev channel Reks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open Google play Apps and services screen
(2)Keep the focus on any link in terms frame >> Click on 'More' button
(3)Press tab and observe

Actual:Focus is not seen while tabbing
Expected:Page should scroll up and focus should be seen while tabbing

Raising this as Non-Regression since the new Play store UI is seen from 67.0.3390.0 dev

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows,other chrome OS

I think this is a bug that tab navigation to/in webview does not trigger host section scroll correctly.
