Regression: Crash is seen when opening files app in guest user

Chrome Version:68.0.3405.0/10621.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks 
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In guest user>> Open files app and observe

Actual: When clicking on files app, chrome crashes
Expected: No such crash should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on 68.0.3400.0/10598.0.0

@Fukino: Please confirm the issue

NOTE: As it's guest user, unable to get crash ids.

I don't see this on 68.0.3415.0.
Will you see if this is still happening?

I think this is similar to  Issue 836187 , which must have already been resolved.

yep, dup of 836187, should be fixed in 68.0.3415.0
