TLS 1.3 problem on 3G connection via a huawei broadband router

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 65.0.3325.181
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) :https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
    
    IE/Edge:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/ page on a 3g connection via huawei broadband router


What is the expected result?
Gmail interface

What happens instead of that?
ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Problem happen after installing huawei broadband when the router is connected on 3G doesn't happen when connected on 4G.
Problem linked to TLS 1.3 in gmail.

I can't reproduce the problem this morning. nothing has change in my network config. i'm still connected in 3g via the same router. i don't know if it is a good or bad news but now it seem to work.
So i can't log the problem in chrome.
I'll let you know if and when the problem happen again.
