What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  launch "Chrome web Store" app and Chrome Browser. 
(2)  enter "chrome://inducebrowsercrashforrealz  to crash Chrome browser. Then, browser relaunch with "Restore pages?" dialog box. 
(3)  Don't click on the "Restore" button yet.  Flip the device into tablet mode 
(4)  touch on "Restore" button

What is the expected result?  What happens instead?
On step#4, browser crashes.  Unable to get crash ID due to  Issue 777985 


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Will check the issue on M66 and the other devices.
