Issue description
Running skia_demo on eve results in corrupted output. The "Hello Ozone" text is corrupted for about half of the rotation and looks fine in the other half.
There may be a synchronization issue.
See attached screenshot.
Repro steps:
cros chrome-sdk --board=eve
ninja -C out_$SDK_BOARD/Release -j1000 -k50 -l32 ozone_demo chrome chrome_sandbox skia_demo
deploy_chrome --board $SDK_BOARD --to $IP --build-dir out_$SDK_BOARD/Release --nostartui

Seems skia doesn't load fonts on device correctly. I am not familiar how skia handle fonts? Hi robertphillips@ & egdaniel@, could you please give us some suggestions?

The fonts load, it just renders badly. If you try it you'll see the fonts render correctly sometimes, and other times as black squares.
