Predator and CL could not provide any possible suspects. Using the code search for the file, “paint_layer_scrollable_area.cc” assigning to concern owner from GIT revision log. This has an enormous border radius, which I think we will ultimately truncate. I suppose we're overflowing before that. Likely not a regression. The Blink move did not cause this.
