With UI refresh flag enabled

1. Open a page
2. Scroll the page to enter fullscreen
3. Long press on a link on the page
4. Tap "Open in New Tab"

Expected result:
The animation should be the same as the one in stable (i.e. the "card" is supposed to come from the top of the page)

Observed result:
The card comes from the same position as if it is not in fullscreen.
