UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select the profile button in the top right hand corner of the browser
2. Add a significant number of profiles. In my case it was 18, but for higher resolutions you may need more.
3. Repeat until the profile selection list is too long to display correctly.

What is the expected behavior?
Expected behaviour would be to implement scrolling on the list of profiles so that profile control buttons are always visible, and the accounts list doesn't cause the list to display off screen.

What went wrong?
I've attached an image to show the issue. The bottom of the image is the bottom of my screen (I have my doc on the left). You can see non of the buttons such as "manage profiles" are clickable and some of my profiles are not visible.
