What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to any website for eg: www.cnn.com or www.indiatimes.com. 
(2) Click on any article or video(can use the test URL given above)
(3) Now click the share facebook button on the share bar to open facebook login overlay.
(3) Login with valid credentials and try to display the overlay in fullscreen mode and observe.

Actual: Unable to display overlay in full screen mode and weird flickering is seen after clicking on full screen button.
Expected: Overlay should be displayed in full screen mode smoothly.

This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-61 build #61.0.3113.0.
  
NOTE: 
1. Issue is also seen on Canary(build #68.0.3409.0)
2. Issue is not seen on Mozilla Firefox.
3. Issue is not seen on Windows(7, 8, 8.1, 10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS
