Regression:Advanced option font doesn't appear properly in main menu list of chrome://settings/

Chrome Version: 68.0.3409.0 (Official Build) Revision 14c5d49cfb5674793fe0d5223cc4cf257732a8ff-refs/heads/master@{#553714}(32/64 bit)
OS:Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/
(2)Click on 'Main menu' and observe the "Advanced" option

Actual: Advanced option font doesn't appear properly in main menu list. 
 
Expected: Advanced option font should appear properly in main menu list.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M68' and below is the manual regression range
Good build: 68.0.3406.0 (Revision:553302)
Bad build:  68.0.3409.0 (Revision:553714)

(Unable to narrow down the range using per-revision bisect,hence providing bisect using old script)

You are probably looking for a change made after 553380 (known good), but no later than 553408 (first known bad).

Update : 
Retested above issue in latest Canary build #68.0.3410.0 on Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5) OS and the issue is fixed. Kindly review an attached screen-cast.
