Video stops after entering into full screen mode.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) Revision	a020eddf0d85fe84d4a6787b304f50aafb670969-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#767}

OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome, navigate to above url and play the video.
2. Enter full screen mode and observe.


Actual Result: Video stops after entering into full screen mode.
Expected Result: Video should keep playing after entering into full screen mode.

This is Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-60’ build #60.0.3072.0

Note: 1. Issue is also reproducible on Beta #66.0.3359.117 Dev #67.0.3396.18, Canary #68.0.3409.0.
      2. Video play after entering into full screen mode in Firefox browser.
      3. Seen for all videos on twitter.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Mass UI Triage Update:

Unable to reproduce the above issue on Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2) OS using latest canary #72.0.3609.3. Please refer attached screen cast for same.

If this bug still reproduces for you, please reopen or file a new issue.
