Pre-condition:Login to facebook.com with valid credentials.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome, and navigate to above URl and download the extension.
2.Click on extension and select 'princess' theme.
3'Princess' theme gets applied on facebook.
4.Click on any video/photo and observe the tooltips of option.

Actual:Tooltip of any option/buttons on facebook appears blank after applying 'princess' theme.
Expected: Tooltip of any option/buttons on facebook  should not appear blank after applying 'princess' theme.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M60 build #60.0.3072.0
