mwaddill@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the reported version 66.0.3359.117 and the latest Canary 68.0.3410.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and navigated to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page. 2. Hovered the mouse over the images and cannot observe any black boxes rendering on the screen. Attached is the screen cast and chrome://gpu details for reference. Request you to provide the URL where this issue is seen. Also request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..
