Issue descriptionAs the title says. Yeah, it's sort of sketchy that we're applying CrOS profiles to Mac. Part of the goal of this is to better understand what the cross-platform penalty for applying AFDO profiles is (things like Android vs CrOS and Linux vs CrOS are technically cross-platform, but not to the same extent as as MacOS vs CrOS)
