When moving around the launcher using the tab key chromevox doesant speak anything I have to turn off chromevox and turn it back on and then I am able to use the tab key.

1. Press altplusshiftplusL to open the launcher. 
2. I try to press the tab key and nothing happens. 
3.I turn off chromevox and turn it back on and the tab key works again.  Version: 65.0.3325.209

Thank you for reporting this. 
The best way to move between items in the launcher is to use search+right arrow and search+left arrow.

I tried using tab and I was able to access most of the items on the shelf and in the launcher, but I could find all of the items using search+right arrow.
