Narrow Omnibox dropdown results in text overlap

Chrome Version       : 68.0.3405.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable chrome://flags/#omnibox-ui-narrow-dropdown
2. Make Chrome Window narrow
3. Type in omnibox

Result: URL/text overlapping in dropdown.

Able to reproduce the issue on reported version 68.0.3405.0 and latest chrome 68.0.3409.0 using Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows-10, for per-revision bisect we are getting error(Total of 0 percent of perf builds available in the range) and for chromium bisect getting all good builds, hence providing suspect from omahaproxy for below range
Note: Issue is not seen on Mac 10.12.6
