WhatsApp sends mhtml pages as application/octet-stream, so can't open it on receiving side at all

Chrome Version: Canary 68.0.3404.0
OS: Android 8.1.0

Sharing form either Download Home or ADM, the pages are shared and sent but on the other end they come up as application/octet-stream mime (verified with Intent Analyzer) and can not be opened.

Looks like a problem with WhatsApp itself. Need to verify on another version of Android to exclude potential ADM issue present in O.

We can't support opening this type of intent as MHTML due to the content URI and wrong type altogether.

Do we want to talk with WhatsApp to send the correct type?
