adam.ochayon@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the reported version 65.0.3325.181 and the latest Canary 68.0.3410.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and naviageted to a webpage. 2. Change the language to Czech in chrome://settings/languages and can observe that the webpage is changed to Czech language. 3. Changed the language back to English (United States) and the webpage is displayed in English. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue and provide the URL where this issue is seen.. Also request you to update chrome to the latest Stable 66.0.3359.117, retry the issue and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

Hi - attached clip that shows the issue. Notice - * navigator.languages displayed he-IL as first language even before one was set. * After adding hebrew as a chrome language, 'he' was added - to the end of the list! So he-IL, then en, then he. * This created problems going into webpages such as jupyter notebook, which depend on reading from navigator.language. The question is why is he-IL there in the first place and what is causing it to be the first (and therefore default) option. Thanks. Adam

adam.ochayon@ Thanks for the update. Re-tested this issue on Windows 10 on the latest Stable 66.0.3359.170 and Canary 68.0.3427.0 as per comment #3 and unable to reproduce the issue. - On navigating to chrome://settings/languages, can see that English (United States) is the language set. - on executing navigator.languages in Devtools -> Console, can see the output as "en-US", "en" - On adding Hebrew language to the list, and executing navigator.languages, can see the output as "en-US", "en", "he". Cannot observe he-IL as the language set on Chrome. Attached is the screen cast of the steps followed. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue.
