OS : Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5)

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome and open devtools on NTP.
2.In element section,type text in 'filter' text box.
3.Now right click on filter text box and select 'Undo' option 
4.Observe. 

Actual Result : First entered character remains as it is on performing undo on complete text in filter text box.
Expected Result : On performing undo ,blank text box should be seen. 

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-65’ and using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 65.0.3323.0 (Revision : 529555)
Bad build: 65.0.3324.0  (Revision : 530027)

You are probably looking for a change made after 529886 (known good), but no later than 529887 (first known bad).

Note : Issue is not reproducible on  Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.
