chrome not loading pages after PC wakes from sleep

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open browser, open some tabs with any websites. 2. Leave the PC to enter sleep mode (don't close browser). 3. Wake up PC and enter same browser session (opened in firs step). What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? When navigating to any website after PC sleep, website loading animation going forever. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Restarting browser fixes the problem. The bug is reproduced on two windows machines.

Thank you for reporting the issue. Could you please provide the net-internals log by following instructions from here: https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details. While collecting the logs please follow these steps: 1) Start collecting the logs. 2) make a single successful request. 3) make the machine enter the 'sleep' mode. 4) Wakes up the machine. 5) Make a request that fails (preferably to the same site). 6) Stop collecting the logs. 7) Attach the logs to this issue. Thank you!

Reporter, any chance you could provide the information requested in comment #2? We can't proceed without it. (This sounds a little bit like https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=770201, though, but some of the particulars may differ --- that one is supposed to be fixed in M66, which is out now)
