Non-Regression:Delay with glimpse of unwanted text Type, Expiration date are seen in chrome://settings/autofill page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open chrome://settings/autofill page(No credit cards should be seen saved)
(2)Reload the page and observe at Credit cards section

Actual: Delay with glimpse of unwanted text Type, Expiration date are  seen
Expected:No such unwanted text glimpse should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
