Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Ubuntu 17.10
2. Try to build chromium (https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/linux_build_instructions.md)
3. After build/install-build-deps.sh is completed( or later - after "gclient runhooks" and "gn gen" are completed) the followed reboot is failed.

What is the expected behavior?
Reboot is completed successfully.

What went wrong?
run build/install-build-deps.sh

THe build works correctly on Ubuntu 16.04.
