Extension Option overlay is seen blank on print preview.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 68.0.3406.0 (Official Build)Revision 80672a4583963b6aa35cb10e9c629bb8638057c2-refs/heads/master@{#553301}(32/64-bit).

OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Test URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rememberry-translate-and/dipiagiiohfljcicegpgffpbnjmgjcnf

Pre-Condition: Navigate to the above URL and download the extension.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions/?options=dipiagiiohfljcicegpgffpbnjmgjcnf
2.Click on 'Extension option' and on 'Rememberry - Translate and Memorize' overlay give print command.
2.On Print preview, check background graphics option and observe.

Actual Result: Extension Option overlay is seen blank on print preview.
Expected Result: Extension Option overlay should not be seen blank on print preview.

This is Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-60’ build #60.0.3072.0

Note: Issue is also reproducible on Stable #66.0.3359.117, Dev #67.0.3396.18 and Beta #66.0.3359.117 build.

I wonder if print preview + <webview> doesn't work well.  Adding webview component.

This looks like it could be a dupe of  issue 819583 .

The fix at  issue 819583  should solve blank print preview issue. Since it is still behind a flag, you need to go to chrome://flags to enable "use-pdf-compositor-service-for-print"

But the preview is not exactly as what is displayed -- a couple components missing. Some of them are misplaced. I suspect that may have sth to do <webview> rendering?
