Chrome profiles does not fit on screen

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.117 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. have a more than 23 chrome profiles
2. open list of chrome profiles 
3. try to choose 23rd profile to open

What is the expected behavior?
scroll down the list of chrome profiles to choose last one

What went wrong?
not able to scroll the list of chrome profiles to choose last one. last profile not fitting on the screen

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.117  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

1920x1080 screen.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on 66.0.3359.117 and the latest canary : 68.0.3409.0 on Windows-10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. This is non regression issue as similar behavior is seen on older chrome version: 60.0.3080.0 as well.
