Do you have a target milestone for this yet?  It would be nice to coordinate the ship date in firefox if possible.  Thanks.

Unfortunately we don't. Due to an implementation issue specific to Chrome isReloadNavigation implementation is harder than isHistoryNavigation (though it's not super hard). Do you want to ship it now?
