Load webpage 2. Scroll page 3. Get frustrated as black boxes randomly appear & disappear on page as I scroll down What is the expected behavior? Ability to read web page What went wrong? jaselford@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.13.3 on the reported version 66.0.3359.117 and Canary 68.0.3406.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. On scrolling through the webpages, cannot observe any black boxes appearing. Attached is the screen cast for reference. request you to retry the issue on anew chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

I had this problem also and it was suggested I disable accelerated video. That seems to have fixed the issue. It's been a day and I haven't seen them again yet.
