Hosts unavailable that had been in pool:cq were Host chromeos6-row3-rack11-host1 (http://cautotest-prod/afe/#tab_id=view_host&object_id=7730) and Host chromeos6-row4-rack11-host7 (http://cautotest-prod/afe/#tab_id=view_host&object_id=7753).
