Roll ChromiumOS FreeType to 2157d8fa6f7e12063ca166476ed2223d24234db7

Chromium is rolling FreeType at https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1025069 . It may not be necessary to update ChromiumOS right away, I'll keep updating this bug as we do more rolls of FreeType in Chromium until a roll in ChromiumOS is done.

Will mark this as obsolete when that CL is merged.

That looks like a change which will make my life a bit easier. Hopefully it doesn't mean we forget to update the system FreeType and Harfbuzz for ChromiumOS in the future.

The cl in comment #1 has landed, making Chromium for ChromiumOS use its own FreeType (the one in the Chromium build). ChromiumOS still has its own FreeType for its own rendering needs, but this can now be updated independently and in most cases with a bit less urgency (since it isn't generally being used with random web fonts).
