git should not complain about open files.

If you've got files open in the suite_scheduler git repository, and you try to check things in, it complains about the swap files.  Instead, they should be ignored.

suite_scheduler: Add .swp and .swo to .gitignore.

Add common vim swap files to .gitignore because otherwise git annoyingly
lists them in its output.

TEST=Uploaded files to repo with vim open.
