Non-Regression : 'Connected' text(Dongle Connection) is seen for few seconds even after disabling 'Mobile data' toggle button at Uber Tray

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to User -> Insert Mobile Dongle and ensure it is connected
(2)Open Uber tray and go to Network section ->Observe Connected Dongle connection is seen
(3)Now Disable 'Mobile data' toggle button -> observe 'Connected' text(Dongle Connection) is not vanished immediately
(Please refer video)

Expected: 'Connected' text(Dongle Connection) should vanish immediately after disabling 'Mobile data' toggle button
Actual: Instead delay is seen i.e. 'Connected' text(Dongle Connection) is not vanished immediately after disabling 'Mobile data' toggle button

This is Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

The description says 'a few seconds' but the video shows ~1 seconds. This is pretty low priority.
