Chinese have taken over my browser, server, literally trying to kill me.

DevTools failed to link network resource to filesystem.

Platform: <Linux/Win/Mac>
Chrome version: Chrome 65, stable channel,  Ill cut and paste the build

What are the details of your project?
-I am not working on a project, I am the project.  These hackers have gotten me fired from 4 jobs, destroyed over 50 computers, laptops, tablets, phones, etc.. destroyed my family relationships, friends, girlfriends, co workers, to the point where I was going to hang myself the other night.  So, if one of you experts can please get these people off my back it would be saving  my life.  My name is Chad Hamilton, I am trying to make a living selling solar panels to help people with their electricity costs.  I am not a criminal nor deserve  4 years of this.  
I am attaching screen shots that list numerous webkit injections, files, etc.. I am not a developer so, please bear with my lack of intelligence in this field.
They have also created a bot net somehow targeting me, that is why when I buy a new device, poof they are already on it.  This is so bad that they literally crashed an entire Apple Store when I walked in.  You can You Tube that..Apple store crashes when I walk in.  


Assets failed to link (or incorrectly linked):
1. All I know is that if they do succeed in getting me fired from this job, I will kill myself.  They have driven me to poverty and starvation.
Please do not shut this post down and tell me to go to the authorities, I have reported this to the FBI 17 times, local Police 10 times, NSA, CIA, Homeland Security, United States Justice Department, Secret Service, District Senators, even wrote the President of the United States.  

If possible, please attach a screenshot of network sources navigator which should
show which resources failed to map

Wait a MINUTE!!!  What in Gods name do you mean by Wont FIX!!!???!!  I AM NOT a programmer, nor developer, nor know how to fix it!!  So dont yoh dare close the complaint.  Whh cant someone just help me?????
