What is the expected behavior?
Chromium icon should be yellowish

What went wrong?
Chromium icon stays blueish

It works in Firefox.
All filter types does not work in Chrome.
It does not matter whether filters applied though filter attribute, style attribute or CSS stylesheet.
When filter applied to the root SVGElement it works.
