Add audio::UserInputMonitor usage metrics

Add metrics to monitor how many audio service input streams map media::UserInputMonitor::GetKeyPressCount() shared memory.

Do we need it if we do not increase memory usage with each mapping?

Probably not, if you end up sharing a single shmem segment for all consumers then that's fine with me.

Closing this as won't fix then, should be fine since we have memory metrics for audio service process.
