Claudio's overall TF model publishing design: go/cros-ml-service-models

The first step is probably to bundle one TF model with the Chrome OS installation somewhere.
Questions:
1. Where to get the model from? Submitted to git? Elsewhere?
2. Where to place it in the installation?

Long term we will need other solutions too but this solution will be OK for very small models.

The Tab Discarder model may be a good candidate.
