Regression: [Extensions] Focus highlight does not stay on radio button after tapping on it.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3396.18 Revision 399b73768e46f9219d4868a2ad1ccb517da5347d-refs/branch-heads/3396@{#251}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows 10 (Touch device) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions page. (2) Tap/touch on 'Developer mode' radio button and observe. Actual: Focus highlight does not stay on radio button after tapping on it. Expected: Focus highlight should stay on radio button after tapping on it. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M67', below is bisect info: Good Build:67.0.3366.0(Revision:541889) Bad Build: 67.0.3367.0(Revision: 542330) Narrow Bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/419dc977209edd7799484e0b772d0f3aa5cd200a..6e1cf7c20cc5285914ba2e6c876d322d8cafef49?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspect: r542269 @dpapad: Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner. Note: 1.Unable to provide bisect using bisect per revision, hence providing suspect from narrow bisect. 2.Issue not seen on Win(7,8,8.1), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5) and Linux (14.04 LTS) OS. 3.Issue is seen on Beta/Stable #66.0.3359.117 and latest Canary build #68.0.3404.0

The focus ripple should stay on the toggle only when using the keyboard. When using the mouse, the ripple is supposed to go away. |
