net_unittests failing on chromium.linux/Linux Tests (dbg)(1)(32)

Builders failed on:
- Linux Tests (dbg)(1)(32):
  https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.linux/builders/Linux%20Tests%20%28dbg%29%281%29%2832%29

Sounds like this is related to luci migration, forwarding to foundation troopers.

This looks like a builder that is being or has been migrated: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Linux%20Tests%20%28dbg%29%281%29%2832%29. In particular, LUCI is prod (and I would guess Buildbot has been decommissioned).

I'll fix the configs shortly.

Actually, configs look fine; this might be more related to SoM using Buildbot links instead of Buildbucket links here, perhaps https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/infra/go/src/infra/appengine/sheriff-o-matic/som/analyzer/analyzer.go?l=329&rcl=f3303fb9ec1de5d7bd5d48b6b6ca7872511e952d ?

+Tiff/Sean for any thoughts
Also looking from Milo side if there's correlation that should be happening there that isn't.
I made a fix for the broken links in SoM last week in crbug.com/822024 that we haven't deployed yet. SoM constructs links for Builder URLs, but we wanted to change it to instead use paths provided by Milo.

Ah, great, hadn't realized it wasn't deployed yet. I'll dupe into that bug then. Thanks!
